Fitness equipment can be intimidating, exercise selection is overwhelming, and we all have a story. Losing 60 pounds of postpartum weight was one of the most exciting parts of mine. Now I know it’s true: you can turn stress into joy, aches into strength, and setbacks into comebacks!


Let me be loud and clear: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO “GET INTO SHAPE” BEFORE YOU MEET WITH A TRAINER. That’s like calling an Uber, only to have the driver tell you to walk two miles toward them before they pick you up. I’ll meet you exactly where you are now

  • Overweight or underweight

  • Recovering from an injury

  • Prenatal or postnatal

  • Living with chronic pain or fatigue

  • New to exercise or advanced in fitness

  • Preparing for a military readiness physical test

  • Individuals awaiting organ transplants, including kidney transplants  

  • Teenage athletes, seniors, and everyone in between
     

I prioritize:

  • Injury prevention, because you can’t meet your goals if you keep getting hurt

  • Smart, joint-friendly exercise because my job is to not cause you more problems or pain!

  • Intelligent movement based on science

  • Sustainable, effective exercises to maximize your results
     

I encourage:

  • Movement between sessions (I’m happy to provide additional “DIY” workouts)

  • Getting real with your limited time budget

  • Honoring your rest when you’re sick

  • Taking incremental steps toward better nutrition (progress, not perfection!)
