Fitness equipment can be intimidating, exercise selection is overwhelming, and we all have a story. Losing 60 pounds of postpartum weight was one of the most exciting parts of mine. Now I know it’s true: you can turn stress into joy, aches into strength, and setbacks into comebacks!
Let me be loud and clear: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO “GET INTO SHAPE” BEFORE YOU MEET WITH A TRAINER. That’s like calling an Uber, only to have the driver tell you to walk two miles toward them before they pick you up. I’ll meet you exactly where you are now.
